ON-SITE FIELD SERVICE

A modern fleet of fully equipped service vehicles and dedicated fully-trained service technicians enable Pacific Hydraulics to provide a comprehensive range of on-site hydraulic services.

These services include:

• System trouble shooting and repair, system installation, modification and maintenance are available 24 hours per day, 7 days a week.
• Mobile hydraulic workshops that can be transported and conveniently set up on customer’s sites.
• Programmed, preventive and predictive maintenance. Field technicians work closely with customers to ensure that customer equipment remains operational where ever possible, maintenance services often occurring during customer’s programmed shutdowns.

• Mobile offline filtration units capable of cleaning fluids down to 3 micron, whilst the customer’s equipment remains operational. These units have integral particle counters with computer generated read-outs to verify the oil cleanliness level achieved.
• Mobile pump and motor pull down and stripping benches for large units, with rotary head mount and adjustable hydraulic extraction press units for removal and installation of bearings etc, further enhance Pacific Hydraulics’s on site service capabilities.
