IN-HOUSE REPAIRS

Pacific Hydraulics is proud to operate the only factory authorised service centres for Sauer-Danfoss-Daikin products in Australia, other than Sauer-Danfoss-Daikin themselves.

Each Pacific Hydraulics location has a fully equipped engineering and hydraulic workshop with full testing facilities.

Additionally we have machine shop capabilities, cylinder barrel honing and hydraulically operated cylinder stripping benches, including the unique ratchet rotary head technology.

This technology is capable of generating the high torques of up to 185,000 ft/lbs necessary to remove cylinder heads and glands.

Testing of repaired products is conducted from our state of the art open and closed loop test rigs with power capabilities of up to 225kW. These units combined with our pressure and flow electronic diagnostic equipment enable us to provide our customers with fully computer generated, printed reports.

Further, we have testing facilities for high pressure jacks to 690 Bar.
